Exercise your data rights
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. Tell us what you need below and our Data Protection Officer will handle it.
Do not attach any identity document. We reply only to the email address we already hold for you, which is how we confirm it is really you. If your request cannot be verified that way, our DPO will contact you to agree on a safe method.
We reply within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why before that deadline passes.
