An insurance policy (กรมธรรม์) is the contract between you and the insurer that sets out what is covered, the limits, exclusions and premium.
What the policy contains

- Endorsements: changes made during the contract
Free-look period
Health policies sold in Thailand usually include a free-look period after delivery during which you can cancel and get the premium back, minus any costs stated in the policy. Read the policy as soon as you receive it.
